Laira provides NLP-grounded coaching, career development and counselling, corporate communication and soft skills training, and motivational coaching and mindset sessions, for individuals, students, universities, and organisations.

2. Nature of Coaching and Counselling Services

Our services are coaching and counselling in nature. They are educational and developmental, intended to support communication, confidence, career, and mindset goals. They are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Laira Coaching & Consulting provides NLP based coaching and counselling for everyday challenges such as stress, low confidence, burnout, and emotional or mental blocks. These services are not a substitute for clinical psychiatric or psychological treatment. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or a condition requiring clinical care should contact an appropriately licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, emergency service, or crisis support provider.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, counselling, and training, we do not and cannot guarantee specific personal, career, financial, academic, or psychological outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including individual effort and circumstances beyond our control.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions and programmes are booked through our consultation and enquiry forms or by direct contact. Payment terms, accepted methods, and invoicing arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
